International Vacuum Tube Museum accepts neither responsibility for keeping any part of an unsolicited proposal confidential, nor obligation to return unsolicited proposals to the applicant. All materials, confidential or otherwise, submitted to International Vacuum Tube Museum will be retained or destroyed at International Vacuum Tube Museum’s discretion, and will not be returned unless prior arrangements are made, including expenses for returning such materials.
The Museums do not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you unless you have executed the Museums’ Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement. Please note that any information or material sent to the Museums by parties who have not executed the Museums’ Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement will be deemed not to be confidential.
If you want to enter into the Museums’ Bilateral Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement, please email and request the agreement, then please send two completed and signed copies of the Museums’ Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement to our mailing address, and we will return one signed copy.
The Museums normally do not consider any other non-disclosure or similar agreements. Parties wishing to have the Museums consider any other non-disclosure or similar agreement, or to have the Museums consider modifying the Museums’ Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement, will be required to pay a nonrefundable charge of a minimum of US$10,000.00. The Museums also reserve the right to reject any such requests.
The Museums make no representations whatsoever about any other Website which you may access through this one. When you access a non-Museums Website, even one that may contain a Museums’ logo, please understand that it is independent from the Museums, and that the Museums have no control over the content on that Website. In addition, a link to a non-Museums Website does not mean that the Museums endorse or accept any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such Website. International Vacuum Tube Museum is a Colorado non-profit organization, incorporated as International Vacuum Tube Museum, Inc. under the laws of the State of Colorado, with the “Articles of Incorporation for a Nonprofit Corporation” filed pursuant to §7-90-301, et seq. and §7-122-101 of the Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S), on September 29, 2013, Colorado Secretary of State ID Number: 20131565272. The “Articles of Incorporation for a Nonprofit Corporation” also included “Additional information may be included pursuant to §7-122-102, C.R.S. and other organic statutes. If applicable, mark this box and include an attachment stating the additional information.” Said attachment was filed as: ” Upon any liquidation, dissolution, or winding up of the International Vacuum Tube Museum (the Corporation), and after paying or adequately providing for the payment of all the obligations and liabilities of the Corporation, all the assets owned by the Corporation shall be disposed of by transferring such assets exclusively to or for the benefit of such organization or organizations as shall at the time qualify under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.”
